ministriesWhere we connect, challenge, and support each other in our pursuit of Jesus.
Trinity’s Ministries were created to aid us in fulfilling our mission. So, each one of these offerings is bent on making and mobilizing faithful disciples of Jesus. While the flavor and reach of each ministry will vary, they each have five central goals they are straining toward:
To intentionally & consistently gather FOR THE GLORY OF GOD
To INCREASE THE BIBLE & GOSPEL FLUENCY of those involved
To provide a context for devoted, face-to-face SOUL CARE
To provide time and space for DEVOTED PRAYER
To create occasional MISSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Trinity’s mission includes both making and mobilizing faithful disciples of Jesus. To this end, TCC offers occasional“mobilize” classes to equip you with practical resources to follow Jesus faithfully right where you live, work, and play. If you can “drop a pin” there (Google-style), you should live the gospel there. We want to help you do this.
For Students Ages 11–18
Trinity’s deep desire is to see young adults become passionate followers of Jesus. To that end, it is our joy to partner with and equip parents to make disciples of their kids and mobilize them to become devoted disciples of Jesus by the power of the gospel and the Spirit. Ernie Bergvall and his wife Cindy lead times of interactive, age-directed Bible study, combined with a variety of activities and plenty of time to just hang out.
Our Students meet weekly on Sundays (from the fall through the spring) and Thursdays (during the summer) from 6:30-8:00pm in the Youth Room on the Third Floor.
For Women of all Ages
It is our desire to employ the gifts of women to their full biblical extent. So, at Trinity, we desire to sharpen the skills and gifts that will help our women be more effective and more fulfilled in the home, in the church, and in the community.
Each week, Trinity hosts two ladies’ Bible studies at the Easton Road building (both feature the same content). On Monday Evenings, our ladies meet from 7-8:30 (childcare not provided). There’s also a Thursday Morning option from 9:45-11:30 (childcare provided). These Bible studies feature interactive discussions centered on books of the Bible. In addition, our Women’s Ministry hosts a variety of activities and events throughout the year. If you have additional questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For Men of all Ages
God has a simple, straightforward, and high calling for men. At Trinity, we want to help our men pursue that calling with reckless abandon. Jesus calls men to follow Him fully and engage with Him boldly in pursuit of His plan of renewal in the home, in the church, and in the community.
To this end, Trinity hosts men’s events and Bible studies intermittently throughout the year. Most mens’ gatherings focus on understanding and rigorously applying God’s Word to their lives. If you have any questions about the next men’s event or study, please contact us at email@example.com.
For Men & Women Ages 65+
Trinity aims to be an inter-generational church in which old and young mix it up for the good of each other and the glory of God. In our church, every generation serves alongside other generations. It keeps older adults young and helps make the young wise. At Trinity, we highly esteem our older members, believing that their decades of accumulated wisdom are best used when leveraged for the future of the church and the glory of God.
To this end, it’s our desire to mobilize the older generation to follow Jesus by loving and serving the church. Our seniors meet weekly for Bible study, prayer, and care. They gather in Room 201 each Tuesday morning at 10 AM.
