You understand that by not complying with these rules and regulations, it may result in loss of any and all deposits or that you may incur additional charges to be invoiced within a month after the end of your event. You agree to release TCC and all affiliated parties from any and all liabilities stated above.

I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the ordinary negligence of the property owner or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES: TCC and/or their pastors, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, insurance carrier, and agents, the activity or event holders, activity or event sponsors, activity or event volunteers.
